Weatherization for Single Families

Our trained auditors inspect your home including an on-site evaluation and energy audit. The work is then performed by our weatherization specialists.

Weatherization for Multiple Families

Landlords: Free weatherization services are available to income eligible landlords. Fifty percent of your tenants must be income eligible in order for us to weatherize your building.

Renters: Ask landlords if they are willing to participate. This program will benefit both of you.

Empower NY

The focus of EmPower New York is on cost-effective home electric reduction measures, particularly lighting and refrigeration replacements, as well as other cost-effective strategies such as insulation and draft reduction measures. This is a free service to those that meet the program's income eligibility requirements.
