Tioga Opportunities, Inc. owns and manages six housing facilities
containing over 135 apartments. All of our facilities are fully refurbished
including appliances, carpeting, lighting, and exterior renovations.
Our maintenance crew takes care of the mowing and snow shoveling so
that our residents can enjoy clean, uncrowded, and safe environments.
All of our building entrances have security door locks with tenant access only. Many of our facilities have specially designed handicap accessibility features including redesigned bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, laundry facilities, and elevators. Our apartments offer unique floor plans, with 1 or 2 bedrooms of different sizes.
Our Rental Management is designed to assist:
